How do I contact Customer Service?
You can reach Showerside's customer service by filling out the contact form at the bottom of our Contact and FAQs page. The form requires your name, email, phone number, and a comment detailing your inquiry. You can also send us an email on info@showerside.com.
How long does it take for the products to be delivered?
Products are shipped within 1-2 days of making the purchase. Delivery times vary slightly depending on your location but usually takes upto 7-10 days after shipping.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. Use this tracking number on the live chat feature on the website to monitor your delivery progress.
How do I change or cancel my order?
To cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service team via either the customer service form or email as soon as possible referencing your order number. Changes or cancellations can only be processed before the order has been shipped.
What is the refund policy of Showerside?
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds currently. However, if you fail to receive your order please raise a dispute with our customer service team.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Delivery times and costs will vary depending on your location.
How do I apply a discount code?
You can apply your discount code at checkout. Enter the code in the 'Promo code' field and the discount will be automatically applied to your total amount. Please note that only one promo code can be applied to one
order.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping address?
If you entered the wrong shipping address, contact us at info@showerside.com or fill out the customer service form quoting your order number. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, we'll help you correct it.
